any one know where to find a tut on how to make text look glassy or I think someone called it jello looking? without a plugin

Hello Everyone,

I hope somewhere here can help I posted this earlier but I am not sure if I posted it in the correct spot. I am looking for a tutorial on how to make the name tags. I had one before but I had to dump alot of things off my computer and accidently dumped the tutorial I saved. I have Animation Shop 3 and PSP9. Any help in getting in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

What kind of name tag? A name tag is pretty much just text.

Posted By: there isn't really any tutorials, you just have to start with a new document that is 100 x 20 pixels and whatever you come up with after that is great! however, if there is a certain text effect that you want on your tag, then you would have to find a tutorial for that and size it to the 100 x 20 pxls to make it into a name tag.

when you're done all you have to do is upload it to tinypic.com and copy the [img] code and use it as ur display name.

Sorry, I don't know of any sites that have tuts on it and I have bannershop but I don't know how to do glitter with it. Hope someone can help you.
