Okay-this might be the dumbest question but what are the brushes and what are the Tubes used for? I have PSP 9 and found lots of tutorials but nothing telling me what their actual purpose is..........Just wondering

tubes and brushes are like images for PSP

you can use brushes for photoshop also

tubes and brushes can be used for PSP
and just brushes for PS
but for PS and PSP they are different extensions,think thats what its called
i think say for Photoshop brushes its a .abr file and something different for PSP
hope that made sense

you can do searches for brushes and tubes for PSP
and for PS

like all the designs i use on my layouts are mostly brushes or tubes from PSP

ive finally figured out the brushes and tubes yay... thats where the real work comes in these make it easier to create your own images its great!
