Some updates: I don't know exactly how this is looking in IE...but I have been told that it is fine. I try to shy away from it. I will work on getting it fixed for IE users though.

There is a complication...I render everything in 1280x800 resolution (16 bit)...This is due to the simple fact that if I go smaller, it would be like asking you to change your resolution to 800x600. I'm sorry if the layout doesn't work for you...I removed the code to hide the scroll bars so people with smaller resolutions can still use it...Again, sorry.

Unfortunately, for those who first got this, the link to my page wasn't working...Just replace the " around my page URL and it should work fine.
