I don't doubt it Ang. Along with all the other health problems I've been having, that has just took all the fun out of it. I've got a layout I've been working on 3 weeks. Definitely in a hole here. NJ says it's not too bad once you get used to it, but I don't have the energy to evens try. Hope the munchkins are doing great!

AnGella Munchkins can't complain. Just stopped in the office to change Veitz. I haven't had much energy either. I hope you are feeling better than you were last week. I'm sure I'll get used to photobucket, so long as it doesn't wreck my links.

A lot of folks are screaming in the forums about broken links. My bigggggest gripe is the resizing of the images. Sucks.

AnGella I didn't know they were resizing images! WTF? I did notice that a lot of the direct links are going to the photo in the albums instead of just the image.

Yep. It resizes an 800 px width image like to 620 - 630 px. Pain. Last layout I started I finally had to go to tinypic and get the url for the 800px banner. And who owns tinypic? PB. Large images are being resized and they have lowered the max all the way around. Before we could change our settings and go as high as 1400 (I think) px in width. Nada.

That is one of the things they are "looking at trying to change". There were so many complaints in the forum that they deleted that thread. Another is started and gaining fast in complaints...or was last week. I haven't been back since then and looked. Pisses me off too bad.

the original files are still there, you see a thumbnail for viewing, to recover the image you want, click edit, then save as a web page folder to your desktop,. then pick out the file. and toss the rest of the folders back to recycle bin. its a pain but it works.

That is just such total bs. Ang, if I understand it right, PB signed a contract to host Twitter's images. So they have changed the world to accomodate Twitter's needs and left us poor suckers paid and unpaid up shit's creek. That is another reason I'm just having a hard time getting excited about doing anything. What other changes are they going to do?
