3 cans pork and beans.
1 lb ground sausage roll, I like regular breakfast type
1/2 bag brown sugar, 2 cups about, this is very sugar heavy :P
minced onion if your kiddos will allow it
brown the sausage. drain
drain all cans of pork and beans, reserve just a little of the sause in the last can
pour into a glass cassarole dish. lightly mix all together leaving some lumps is ok
bake for 3 hrs at 325. depending on how hot your oven gets
adjust if the sugar on the edges starts to blacken.
remove at least an hour before you serve, so it can set up tight.
