I didn't think of this, my school did, but it was so good I had to share it with others. =]

Caramel Biscuit Ring
What You Need:

*1 7.5oz. package of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits [I used Pillsbury]
*1/3 cup of tightly packed brown sugar
*1 T. butter/margarine
*1 T. water
*Dash of cinnamon

What to do:

1. Cut each round biscuit into 4 pieces. Set aside.
1. In a shallow, round glass pan, add in brown sugar, butter, and water.
2. Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute.
3. One at a time, moderately add cut up biscuits to the warmed-up caramel mixture, coating each piece with caramel as you put them in. Make sure they're covered evenly.
4. Place a tempered custard cup into the middle of the glass plate, making sure there isn't any biscuit inside of the custard cup.
5. Move the biscuit pieces around if needed to make the ring even.
6. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
7. Invert onto a plate.
8. Let stand for 2 minutes before removing glass pan and custard cup.
