Text Reflection
Here is what we will be making.
#1. First open a new, blank image. You can have any Widths and Heights you like. For this example we are using...(450 by 150)
#2. Now in your new image color the background to any color you like. We will be using black. You should now have a black image with a width of 450 and a height of 150.

#3. Now, using the text tool, type in any text you want. In my example I typed Skem9. Notice that we now have a new layer. (You can name this layer or just leave it be. Naming it helps you keep track of what you are editing.) After typing your text(And naming you new layer if you chose to do that). You need to make sure that you position the text near the top of your image. We will be placing a copy of the text under the original.

#4. Now in the layers section, Right click on the text layer and duplicate the layer. You should now have 3 layers. The black background, The original text, and the duplicated text.

#5. Now with the duplicated layer selected, Use the Flip Tool and flip the duplicated layer vertically. Then move the layer down below the original text. Make sure to leave a little space between the original layer and the duplicated layer.

#6. With the duplicated layer still selected, click your Gradient Tool. Now in the Gradient Tools Options, Select the Gradient Foreground to Transparent.

#7. Now use the gradient tool by clicking the bottom of the duplicated later and dragging the link to the top of the duplicated layer.

#8. And now we should have the fished product! =]
