If you'd like to customize the contact table on myspace then check this out, its an easy to follow tutorial on how to create the image to put within the contact table on your profile.
This tutorial is the clearest bit of information to help those who want to create their own Contact Table using Any program, including 'MS PAINT'.
First off, Create your Image you woud like to use.
Width: 300 pixels
Height: 150 pixels

Second, There are 8 locations where buttons are located at, use whichever text style you would like, but make sure the names are in about the right place for the contact table

Next, make sure the text is in the right place. For this I use a blank contact table that I've taken a screen shot of, and then place it overtop of the contact table you're creating and making it transparent so you can see the text under it.

Heres the image I used to overlap the one I was making

Feel free to use the default contact table I use for this, just make sure the placement is right and lines up on the sides and the bottom.
As you can see in the image above, the text on the contact table I was making didnt line up perfect (yeah, sometimes you gotta be a perfectionist with it), so then I moved that row of text up, and tried again to see if it was in the right place.

Now you should have the contact table text in the right place, looking something like the following..

Next is all optional, you can some more styles to it, tag it with your name, put a border at the top of it all etc etc. Be creative!
