WASH HANDS!
ingredients:
get 4 to 6 plums
get a 9 inch round disposable or regular round pan
2 cups flour
3/4 cup chopped walnuts(optional)
3/4 cup brown sugar and/or if you dont like brown sugar use cinnamon sugar(optional)
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 egg
PRE-HEAT OVEN 450 degrees.
For the crust you mix the 2 cups of flour, 3/4 cup of chopped walnuts, 3/4 cup of brown sugar and/or cinnamon sugar, 1 1/2 stick of butter(make sure you melt the butter), and the egg.
when mixed you flatten only enough crust mix in there to cover the bottom and the sides of the pan(MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE ABOUT 2 OR 3 HAND FULLS OF THE CRUST MIX TO GO ON TOP AFTER YOU PUT THE FRUIT ON)
next:
you cut the plums in half and cut the halves down the middle.
then you set the cut plums on the crust in the pan all around
kinda like a lotus flower.
make it look real nice :)
then you take the left over crust mix and you sprinkle it over the top of BEAUTIFUL fruit you cut up which by now should be on top of the crust in the pan.
if you like brown sugar and/or cinnamon sugar, go 'head and sprinkle some more brown sugar and/or cinnamon sugar on top of it all.
NOW:
Put the pie in the oven on 450 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
FINAL STEP:
enjoy that great tastin' pie of yours!
hope you like it, I know we did!
