This Glowing Text tutorial has been written using PSP Photo X2 - but should easily be adapted for earlier versions from PSP 6 upwards (some of the tools/commands may be in different places).

There are a several ways to make images transparent. This tutorial has been written using Animation Shop 3 (I have no idea how to do this tutorial using any other animation programme - sorry!).
