Layout Rules:
1.) If you have any pictures, I will be happy to incorporate those into your layout
2.) Please be as specific as you can with what colors you want, if you want glitter, etc.
3.) If you do not like something in the layout please tell me, and i will do my best to fix it for you.
4.) Any thing else you can think of to make your layout as personal as possible, please let me know!
5.) If I, or anyone else has taken the time to make you a layout, make sure to be kind enough to rate that layout for them too, it's not very polite to ask someone to make something for you and not be kind enough to show your appreciation by rating their layout that THEY made You.

Name Tag Rules:
(Same applies for Signatures only they are 425x100)
1.) Tags are to be 100w by 20h
2.) Please tell me what colors, and if any images that you want.
3.) If you do not like the tag i make you, i will be happy to fix it for you, but i will only fix a tag 2x at the most...i will not redo an entire tag/sig if i feel i have followed what you wanted to a "T", you will just have to look elsewhere for one. there are a lot of other talented people here that can do one for you also!

Please don't be rude to me or any one else that takes the time to make layouts and tags for you, we do this in our spare time because we enjoy it. not because we have to. please keep that in mind.

I just want everyone to know that for now on I will be watermarking my layouts and images. It's getting to crazy with the image and layout theif so I'm sorry if you like a layout or image but don't really want the watermark on it, but I have to regain some respect somehow. *This however does not pertain to image requests* if you have come to me wanting an image or if I created something for you in the forums, don't worry I won't watermark those, nor will I watermark requested layouts. I'm just making a stand for all layout and image makers.

I have a variety of layouts that have different images in them. for the most part my images are hand made by me or downloaded from photobucket and touched up. However I do download images from other places too so if for whatever reason you see an image of yours on one of my layouts and I did NOT give you credit for it then please contact me via "msg me" above and I will be more then glad to correct my layout and give credit where credit is due. Also, be ready to prove the image is yours. Like I said before i either make my images or use images off of photobucket and that is a open server.
