Read these Rules before Requesting
I will know when you don't read them and your layout will not be accepted if you do not read them.

I reserve the right to deny your requests. Do not take any of these rules as being rude, I've simply had to strictly enforce them because of certain incidences that have risen recently. Before accepting your requests I will ask you if you have read my rules, you will not be accepted until you have read the rules. If it is discovered that you are asking multiple layout makers to make you all these layouts I will not make yours! DO NOT send your requests in a comment! I cannot keep track of them this way and they will be ignored. Please provide the following details when requesting: Colors Style (div, regular, tiny, skem9) Theme Must haves (friends and comments hidden? Etc) Picture links Quotes If you would like some sort of animation ie glitter Anything else you think of Send all this info on the first message you send, I cannot keep track of tons of messages sent by one person. I will not respond to you if there is no info about your layout. Subject title must be request If you have a specific code you want to use (specifically for Skem9 layouts) give the name of the person who created the code that way I can ask permission and give them credit. Ive had a problem with this in the past and I dont want it to happen again. (This rule is dedicated to SB Designs Inc) Important things to know: I will not work with designs you have created. I like for my work to be original and I do not know if the designs you have sent me are your work and I will not use somebody elses design and claim it as my own. CSS and HTML tutorials can be found on google please do not message me asking how to do it, I had to learn myself and I don�t have time to tutor you on the subject. OK, guys you can use my codes but dont use the actual formatting of my layout!!! I will not be messaging you back and forth if you do not know html. To use overlays you must have some knowlegde of html and css. When you see that requests are closed, please do not send me messages asking when they will be open. Sending me messages will not open them any sooner, so just check back on here from time to time to see when they are open. One final thing, these layouts take up a lot of time, and it makes me mad when people send me messages asking when they will be done, just a warning if you send me a message like this, I will delete your request, so DON�T DO IT!!!! There is a list below of my current requesters, you can check the status of where your layout stands there. Now that you have read my rules copy this confirmation code and place it at the beginning of your request message. This way I know for sure you read my rules!
