*What colors?(If you don't know i'll do it to match the images).

*The Images?(If none then give me a color Scheme).

*If you want it displayed on Skem9.com(If you don't then tell me, I'll send it by hotmail of yahoo etc. etc.).

*Your name?(As in your Skem9.com username).

*The name of the layout?(Id you don't have one yet, Then i'll make one).

If anything else, Just add it on in the message.
