twisted

Ok normally im not one to complain But ive been sucked into a twisted knot It's the game of truth and wanting The truth speaks what your mind knows And the want speaks what your heart craves My heart says go you cant stop now My mind says stop before its too late So far ive been ignoring the truth The want is too strong to let the truth live Yet they tie together What if the truth isnt true at all What if the want has to much will Don't the heart and brain come from the same soul? But what about my problem? Its in a twisted knot that i cant get though I have no one to blame but myself I kept tieing this knot to accomplish my selfish needs But its tangled that I cant go back I could cut my way though the easy path I could ignore my situation entirely But I cant ignore myself want and truth Now it comes to the need I need to know the truth, I really do And I need to know is my want worth the heartache I have broken a promise I have made myself I can't turn back Im utterly and hopelessly twisted BY:Sydney LaNae Slighter!!!
