Requests ?

I do take requests for layouts. Just send me a short description of what you want/the color scheme and any particular images you want in it. I can edit images, crop them, resize them, change the color/shade. Unfortunately I don't have a program to make animated images. D: Know of any good ones? Give me suggestions!
