Hi guys! My name is Kimberly but I'm better known as Fairymom here on skem. I am a happily married mother of 3 beautiful, wonderful children who I love beyond all reason. They make my life so special!

My husband and I have been together for 12 years now, 9 of those years in wedded bliss. Okay...I wouldn't go THAT far but it has been fantastic. He is the love of my life and I could not imagine a day without him by my side. He knows me so well and he knows just what to do when I feel like I'm going to lose my mind...He brings me chocolate. He has such a great sense of humor and he makes me laugh.

I am Pagan. I DO NOT worship satan. I just thought I should make that point clear. I have not had anyone at skem make any kind of derogatory remark toward me but I did want the chance to maybe clear up some misconceptions others might have. My religion is a peaceful, earth-based religion. Like in any religion there are weirdos that have strayed from the true teachings and practices of the religion, and that is where you'll find most of the misconceptions stem from. If you have any ?s, I am more than happy to answer them. I would rather have someone ask me than make assumptions based on information that may or may not be correct. I am EXTREMELY respectful of others and their religions and all I ask is for the same courtesy. Thank you so much!

On that note, you'll find that I rate lyts that have a Christian or other religious themes to them. I do this for 2 reasons. 1- I may not have the same faith as the person who created the lyt but I can appreciate the beauty of the lyt they have created. 2- Faith in one's religion is beautiful in and of itself and even if it's not my religion of choice, it is no less beautiful to me. I am truly inspired by those who have strong sense of themselves and their faith. The only exception I make is to anyone who encourages hatred or violence against other people or animals. To me, that is untolerable no matter your faith. Okay...now that I've rambled on & on....



So, I have been on skem for a little less than a year and I have met the kindest, sweetest people here. I haven't made a lot of lyts because it takes me HOURS to make just one! I second guess everything. I drive myself and my hubby crazy! Most of the lyts I have made have been for friends or family. I love making them & I don't mind making them for anyone who asks, but because of how long it takes me, I might not be the best person for the job! Not to mention, there are a TON of seriously talented people here on skem who could run circles around me! I can't believe the talent my fellow skemmers have. They really inspire me to learn more and be creative. So to all the skemmers out there, I love you; you're the best! Thanks for being such great friends!
