I don't know how, per se. But I just posted my request for a name tag in one of the forum threads. Just do a search for 'name tag' on the forum (search box at top of webpage). It's called 'name tag thread'. Write down what you'd like. Colors, name, any graphics, etc. and one of the very talented ladies on here will repost a name tag for you in that thread. Yesenia made mine. She's on my buddy list. If you message her, I think she'd be more than happy to make one for you!
