yeah your friend is right :) because have to many people that will take others layout codes or images without getting permission so we are just being careful

because on the image/tempate it says layout made by Martz i just wanted to know if you got permission to use some someone else image and codes for the overlay
if you did you need to put in the notes who the creidt goes to thats if they give you permission
