I live in Dallas and have all my life. I love Texas and couldn't imagine livin' anyplace else! I've been married for 12 yrs. to a great husband and we have 4 canine children. He retired but has now started Culinary School while I am an aesthetician and make-up artist and have been in the beauty biz for almost 30 years. I enjoy jewelry making, beading, fishing, boating, freshwater aquarium keeping, zip-lining, traveling, animal rescue (primarily canine), and Skem9, of course!

I just happened upon Skem9 one night looking for new MySpace layouts and just loved it here right away. I'm amazed at the talent here and thank everyone for being so friendly, helpful and generous with their talents!

I am "graphic arts challenged" and don't even know where to start creating some of the beautiful images that all of you do. But I'm gonna learn! Hopefully, one of these days I'll put together a layout that will be just as cool as those that I flip through every night!
