Hello there! My user name is toxic_remedy. However, everyone here can call me by my real name Heather. I am fourteen years old and I live in South Florida just about 30 minutes away from Miami. My deepest passions are poetry, writing, literature, and reading. I cherish my creative talent in being able to make works of my own. Actually one of my aspirations for the future is to become a well known poet/author. Reading more into me you will find that I am very intellectual and articulate for my age. Seems to me, that poetry.com is just after poems. They do give you a copyright to them, but they are putting books together with poems WE write, selling a book and WE do not even get a share of profits. SOOO basically, the sell the book that WE helped them make, not having to pay a writer to do it.

Thanks for the add. Your profile is very well written for a young person. Very good. AND I wish you luck in your choice of being a poet. I wanted to be a writer growing up but, well, cercumstances change life. BUT I did write two poems and submitted them to poetry.com and I think I put them in my blog on myspace/coconutgirl61 which is my main friends page.
