2008 is sucking so far... My family has been cursed with one heartache after another. I keep hoping for it to get better, but here we are...




On the other hand, I have muched to be happy for. I have 2 beautiful children, a loving and devoted husband who has built us a house from nothing with his own two hands. The house is nearly completed, and we will be moving in May 2008. My husband will be going back to college as soon as we move in to the house, so we are both looking forward to that. I will be going back to work until he finishes school.. if there was a way I could stay home I would, but the way the economy is right now, I don't see that happening... someone has to buy gas!



PET PEEVES....

1.Big Brother (the government)

2.People who think they know more about raising my kids than I do(even when they are not parents themselves)

3.People who judge others.

4.People who live their lives according to everybody elses standards.

5.Rude people.

6.Cigarettes left burning in the ash tray.

7.Doing the dishes (but yet I do them every day..sigh..)

8.People who are to chicken to say what they really mean.

9.Fake friends.

THINGS I LOVE...

1.My children.

2.My husband.

3. The idea of growing old in our cabin in the mountains.

4.Cats

5.Cooking a big dinner and serving them on my collectible dinnerware.

6.Watching my husband eat my food.

7.The smell of my husband after he works all day.

8.The look in my children's eyes when they are proud of themselves.

9.Bubble baths and the chance I get to pamper myself (rare moment).

10.The feeling I get when my family takes one step ahead in this world.."accomplishment"
